Mindfulness and Meditation:

Mindfulness and meditation are becoming increasingly popular as awareness grows about their many health and wellbeing benefits.   Meditation is a practice that trains our awareness and attention to achieve greater mental clarity, stability and calm.  The many benefits of meditation for our mental and physical wellbeing are well established by research.  Meditation can have an immediate impact on our nervous system and bring relief to many symptoms of stress. Practiced regularly, the cumulative effects can be significant.

I offer a weekly Meditation Class on Monday mornings 10-11. Attend in person in Maynooth town centre, or join us online. Classes incorporating a variety of practices and traditions, suitable for all levels.  Classes are seated on a chair.
